Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If something isn't right, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right within reason.

Please note:
Once flowers leave our studio and are handed off to the courier, Protea Flower is no longer responsible for any delays or handling issues caused during transit. We also cannot guarantee the lifespan or bloom performance of flowers after delivery, as this depends on individual care, environment, and handling.

We recommend placing fresh flowers in clean water immediately upon arrival and following our care instructions for best results.
